4 mangos, peeled and cubed
1 cup blueberries
2 cloves garlic, minced (to taste)
1 cup fresh mint, chopped fine
juice of 2 fresh limes
2 tsp. fresh ginger root, chopped fine (to taste)
1/2 a Serano or Jalapeno pepper, chopped fine (optional, or to taste)
1 pinch of course sea salt
Place all ingredients in a bowl, mix and eat.
